Hello! I’m back from a little vacation to Oahu to recharge my batteries. After we landed, we hopped into our jeep and went on to explore the Island. Hawaii is beautiful with amazing landscapes, friendly people, blue skies, crystal clear water of unearthly turquoise with lush vegetation and white sandy beaches and delicious food. Maybe three days were rainy, but then the sky cleared and left us with fresh breezes and the lovely smell of the wet earth. After that every day felt amazing, like living in paradise.
So I hope you enjoy the photos and the new blog layout. I will be back soon with more updates and Hawaii photos. My travel articles tend to spread out a bit. That’s because I enjoy every moment and exploring other countries and places are magical moments for me, moments that I pick out individually when the mood strikes.

I met this lovely couple, Helen & Dick Fisher, from Seattle. Every year, for the last 20 years, they’ve visited Hawaii and take pictures with the same photographer (Dino), together all dressed with his birds, celebrating their wedding anniversary. This was their 60th anniversary — many blessings to them!
